Our Chaverim group meets weekly on Zoom and in person for programs that build meaningful connections, social skills, and fun-filled and structured secular and Jewish activities.

Tomchei Shabbos (Shabbat Food Packages for Families in Need)

Founded in 1977, Tomchei Shabbos of Los Angeles has been lovingly providing essential Shabbat food packages to thousands of needy Jewish families in the community. Every Thursday, volunteers of all ages visit Tomchei warehouses to fill boxes with food and Shabbat supplies. The boxes are then delivered with the utmost discretion and care to recipients. Warehouses are located in the city and the valley at the following addresses:

Club Z Teens

The Club Z Institute offers a comprehensive and nuanced education on Israel, provides historical context to modern-day headlines, and serves as a welcoming place for Jewish teens to connect to their Jewish identity. As a member, you will be a part of a growing network of proud and articulate Jewish youths who are prepared to face challenging atmosphere of high school and college campus when it comes to being a Zionist. You will have opportunities to grow as an effective leader, to enjoy social activities and national gatherings with other teens and students.
